    Track list for Concert

    Hi,

I have been following him for a quite a while and was considering to go to his concert later this month. I was wondering should I expect him to play pieces from his "Classical Romance" album or will it be more songs from the  album titled "David Garrett"? (just trying to get a gauge of what to expect)

    Thanks.

More David Garrett but they will also play Paganini, Humoresque and as few other pieces.

    Hope this helps.

    peace, Lisa

    Hi,

    welcome to the forum.

Davids is entering the hall with

    - Carmen Fantasie .....

I don't have the complete tracklist in mind.....after the interval he starts with Vivaldi 4 Seasons, last movement from Sommer....

He also plays Humoresque from his Classic Romance....it is a mix!!

Welcome to the forum!  To see most of the playlist from David's current US concert tour, check out my review

of his concert in Portland,OR under "seeing David in Portland".  I think the original thread is under Live concerts and gigs.

Aside from my gushy review, the concert was fantastic and DG played for two hours with a short interval and two encores.

    And two standing ovations!

I hope you enjoy your live concert as much as I did.  You'll only want to see him again.

    Best regards,

    Lynn

Thank you so much for all the info!

Do you by any chance know if he will perform the Hungarian Dance?

Is that the song where the tempo speeds up and slows down abruptly? About the time the audience starts to clap in rhythm,

the music slows wayyy down?  If so, David played this in Portland also.  There were so many of my favorites and I had nothing to

jot them down with. My review was based on my rather faulty memory1 :-)

Yes, as far as I remember he is going to play the Hungarian dance....

I should have written the tracks down, shame on me.....

There is also the greek piece where the audience is clapping and he goes faster and faster!
